After more than 15 years in the construction industry - spanning design management, contract analysis, programme leadership, and on-site delivery - I established Meskar CMC Limited to offer something of true value: construction management solutions combining hands-on experience with sharp commercial oversight.

I’ve led projects across high-end residential, mixed-use, public sector and commercial sectors, often in complex environments with legacy infrastructure and constrained budgets. But what consistently defines my approach is clarity, adaptability, and a commitment to getting things delivered without unnecessary friction.

Whether supporting developers with post-occupancy challenges, advising contractors on programme risk, or managing delivery from pre-construction through to handover, my focus remains the same: clear, collaborative, practical construction management.
